Andrew FowlerWalker

Andrew has substantial experience as trial counsel in complex criminal matters heard in the District and Supreme Court of South Australia.

In addition to trial work, Andrew also regularly appears in all criminal Courts on pleas, bail applications and sentencing matters and was counsel in the leading decision on Aboriginal Sentencing Conferences being conducted in a superior Court in R v Wanganeen (2010) 108 SASR 463.

Andrew has lectured and tutored in the area of Criminal Law and Advocacy at Flinders University, the University of South Australia and the College of Law South Australia.

Andrew has also practised in Environment and Planning Law and has publications in this field.
